Pros : - bilik dan tandas yang besar.. - breakfast buffet yang sedap.. - staff yang bagus.. - location yang dekat dengan pelbagai akses - tilam yang empuk dan selesa - kids friendly Cons : - karpet tak dibersihkan dengan betul.. rambut dan habuk merata2 kalau tengok betul2 atas karpet tu.. - sediakan bantal cuma 2 biji sahaja.. dan nipis bantal nya.. - pintu tandas tak boleh dikunci.. sendal nya ada tapi bahagian kunci yang hilang/tercabut tidak diganti semula.. - malam tak ada room service.. kena turun sendiri dan ambil makanan tersebut .

Hotel licayion sangat strategic. Bilik luas dan selesa cuma agak suram. Tv selalu out of order. Tengak tgk tiba2 out of conection. Sampai ke subuh x de siaran.

Not really recommended, just the interior look nice and classic but when i ask for extra pillow they dont give, the tv broken, the toilet dirty, breakfast just so so.

Very smooth check in, helpful staff, unfortunately we facing a air cond problem in the middle of the night but the respond from the hotel is very fast our room was upgraded from standard rooms into 2 bedroom suite. Breakfast was ok, overall is still ok to stay here….
